Data protection officer
Our data protection officer is Ivica Pavlović. You can reach them at pavlovic@voxturia.com or in writing at the registered seat above.
You are welcome to contact the officer with any question about how your data is processed, and to exercise your rights.
What we process and why
Contact form: whether you are writing as a company or a candidate, full name, email, phone, company name, area of interest and the text of your message. The purpose is to handle your enquiry and communicate with you.
Candidate form: your goal (work or study), whether you are an EU or third-country national, where you currently are, field of interest, full name, email, phone, country of residence and your note. The purpose is to assess your profile and match you with a work or study opportunity.
Open application in the Careers section: full name, email, phone, the role you are interested in and your covering text. The purpose is recruitment for positions at Voxturia.
Site visits: if you allow it, we measure traffic with Google Analytics — see the Analytics section below.
Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process the data of anyone under 18 — you confirm your age when you submit a form. If we find we have received such data, we delete it.
We neither ask for nor need special categories of personal data. Please do not include health, religious belief or other sensitive information in the forms.
Legal basis
For company enquiries we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering a business request and on pre-contractual steps — Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
For candidates and open applications we process data on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by ticking the box when you submit the form.
For traffic measurement we rely solely on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given in the cookie banner.
Any consent can be withdrawn at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
Analytics
We measure traffic with Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, acting as our processor.
No analytics script and no analytics cookie runs before you consent in the cookie banner. Until you do — or if you refuse — the Google Analytics script is not loaded into the page and no analytics request reaches Google servers.
The tool shows us aggregate statistics: visit counts, pages viewed, approximate city-level location, device type and traffic source. Our reports show no visitor IP addresses; per its own documentation, Google does not store the IP addresses of EU visitors. We do not link the data to your identity or use it for advertising or profiling.
The tool may involve a transfer of data to the United States. Google Ireland Limited carries it out under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Google publishes the details at policies.google.com/privacy.
You can withdraw your analytics consent at any time on the Cookies page. We stop measuring immediately and delete the relevant cookies from your browser.
How long we keep it
Contact form enquiries are kept while your request is being handled and for up to 12 months afterwards, so that we can pick up earlier correspondence.
Candidate data is kept for up to 24 months from the moment you provide it, or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first. After that we delete it.
Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months. Your cookie choice is remembered by your browser for 12 months, after which we ask again.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
To run the site and measure traffic we use IT service providers (site hosting and form processing — Google Firebase, delivery of form emails — Resend, Google Analytics) who act as our processors.
If you are a candidate and express interest in a specific opportunity, we pass your profile to the prospective employer or educational institution — always with your knowledge and only to the extent needed for that selection.
Data is processed within the European Economic Area. Where a transfer to a third country is necessary in a specific case, we only make it under appropriate safeguards pursuant to Chapter V GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
You can exercise these rights by email at info@voxturia.com, through our data protection officer at pavlovic@voxturia.com, or in writing at the registered seat above. We respond within one month of receiving your request at the latest.
If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.
